What you'll do

• You'll be a key member of Anthropic's tax team, reporting to our Head of International Tax Operations / Business Advisory and working closely with tax colleagues in Dublin and our San Francisco headquarters.
• As APAC Tax Lead, you'll own direct tax compliance and advisory across our Asia-Pacific entities and operations (Japan, Korea, India, Singapore, Australia, Taiwan) and help build tax infrastructure to support Anthropic's rapid international expansion.
• However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
• Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas!
• However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate.
• But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Rust, RAG.
• Experience level: 12+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Singapore.
