What you'll do

• This role will help own all areas within the AV landscape.
• In a given week you might execute a preventative maintenance sweep across a floor of conference rooms, work the support queue and drive a recurring failure to root cause, and then run technical coverage for an all-hands or an executive presentation that evening.
• You'll be the regional presence our AV Engineering and Production teams build on, the person who catches problems before users report them, and who turns what you learn on the ground into standards the rest of the team can run from.
• Your work directly enables the collaboration and transparency that advance our AI safety mission.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, RAG, Scala.
• Experience level: 5+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY.
