• About This Role: We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join our Engineering team in Munich or remotely from Germany.
• In this role, you will design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems using modern Java technologies and cloud-native architectures.
• You will work on complex systems where reliability, clean architecture, and strong engineering standards matter, helping Atolls build backend services that can support growth across markets and platforms.

Requirements

• Practical experience with React, Go, Java, GraphQL.
• Experience level: 8+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
