• About the role Join our Platform Engineering team at AutoScout24 Group.
• We build the internal platform that 600+ developers rely on to ship software quickly and safely: centralized Kubernetes, managed CI/CD, project templates, and the developer tooling that runs on top of AWS.
• Our customers are developers.
• We live "you build it, you run it" and we invest in self-service and a product mindset so a small team can have a big impact.
• A big part of that today is making developers more productive with AI , and we're already deep in it.
• We've driven AI tooling adoption across the company and we're building out the platform behind it: secure managed environments for AI coding tools, AI-assisted CI (automated PR reviews, fixes for failing builds), agentic workflows on AWS (Bedrock, Agent Core), and MCP-based integrations.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Technology.
• Experience level: 5+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Remote.
