• Responsibilities Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Executive, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
