We are currently seeking a Planner to join the construction of a large-scale luxury hotel and residential development in the Cayman Islands, currently in the preparatory works phase.
• Reporting to the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for the development, monitoring, and optimization of the overall project schedule.
• You will play a key role in anticipating risks, identifying potential delays, and coordinating all project stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines.
• Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and manage the project's master schedule.
• Define construction sequences and critical paths in coordination with construction, methods, and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor actual site progress and analyze variances against the baseline schedule.
• Identify potential schedule slippages and propose corrective actions or recovery plans.

Requirements

• Practical experience with design, education, dev, exec.
• Experience level: 50+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in George Town,.
