• Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
• Manage customer enquiries, test drives, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Eligibility: Any Graduate.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Relationship Manager role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
