• About the Company: Brickbuddys Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join their team in Hyderabad.
• The company is dedicated to providing exceptional real estate services and is looking for a motivated individual to contribute to their sales efforts.
• Responsibilities: Lead Sourcing and Management: Sourcing and validating incoming leads from marketing channels such as property portals, social media ads, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Maintaining accurate and updated lead data in CRM systems or Excel trackers.
• Categorizing leads into hot, warm, and cold prospects based on interest level, budget, and purchase timeline.
• Coordinating with marketing and digital teams to ensure lead quality and feedback loop for campaign optimization.
• Lead Qualification and Engagement: Initiating first contact with leads within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Understanding customer requirements such as property type, budget, location preference, and buying intent.
• Providing accurate and persuasive information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Real Estate Telecaller role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
