What you'll do

• About BrightChamps BrightChamps is a global live-learning EdTech platform empowering kids aged 6-16 with essential next-generation skills like Coding, Financial Literacy, Communication, and Robotics across 25+ countries.
• Role Overview As a Sales Associate , you will connect directly with parents across the United States.
• You will understand each child's unique learning goals, deliver consultative sales presentations, and drive student enrolments for our global programs.
• Key Responsibilities Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Act as an educational consultant, addressing parental concerns, resolving objections, and articulating curriculum outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end sales conversions to meet weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Manage lead pipelines and maintain consistent follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Desired Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Freshers with exceptional English communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly with US parents.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, LLM, RAG.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Sales Associate - US Shift role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
