• Job Summary: We are looking for an Executive, People to manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment and manpower vendor management.
• The role will focus on building a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.
• Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end blue-collar/frontline hiring from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through manpower vendors, consultants, job portals, references, and local recruitment drives.
• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with reliable manpower vendors and recruitment agencies.
• Share hiring requirements with vendors and ensure timely submission of relevant profiles.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Organize walk-in interviews, bulk hiring drives, and local recruitment activities as required.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 2-6 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
