• Document all support activities, resolutions, and configurations.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and projects.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.
• Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar field.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Scala.
• Experience level: 1-2 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
