What you'll do

• About the Role Join a fast-growing, AI-native B2B go-to-market agency based in Berlin that helps over 200 B2B tech companies across the DACH region generate qualified pipeline and scale revenue.
• Operating at the intersection of performance marketing, signal-based outreach, and AI-powered automation, the team partners with SaaS and IT service providers to drive measurable growth outcomes.
• As a B2B Account Executive , you will be a key driver of sales success, owning the full sales cycle from inbound lead management through to close, while building long-term customer relationships and contributing to a culture of continuous process improvement.
• What You'll Do Lead end-to-end sales conversations with strong negotiation skills, from discovery through contract signature.
• Manage and qualify inbound leads, preparing thoroughly for every customer meeting and presentation.
• Conduct discovery calls, needs analysis, and sales presentations to C-level and technical stakeholders.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial proposals and contracts.
• Maintain CRM data diligently, ensuring accurate pipeline records, forecasting, and quota tracking.
• Monitor market trends, participate actively in team meetings, and produce regular performance reports.
• Continuously expand your product and sales expertise to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 3+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
