What you'll do

• This is an on-site role in Berlin.
• What You'll Do Own and evolve the design system, maintain components, tokens, and visual patterns for reuse across the brand.
• Ship website updates directly, maintain visual and frontend quality without a ticket queue or developer handoff.
• Design and produce merchandise, brief suppliers, iterate on samples, and make quality and materials decisions so every piece represents the brand with intention.
• Shape physical spaces, design the office environment, conference booths, and event setups to craft coherent, on-brand experiences.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 5+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
