What you'll do

• As a Customer Engineer , you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers, ensuring successful adoption of the platform, resolving technical challenges, and translating real-world customer needs into meaningful product improvements.
• Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the broader mission of automating customer call operations at scale.
• What You'll Do Provide hands-on technical guidance to help customers deploy, configure, and optimize the platform for their specific use cases.
• Troubleshoot PostgreSQL-backed data workflows and full-stack code (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python) alongside customers.
• Support customers in building effective prompting strategies and AI agent workflows to unlock maximum value from the product.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships, acting as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements, documentation, and roadmap decisions.
• What We're Looking For Required 2+ years of Software Engineering experience with demonstrated, direct business impact through written code.
• Solid experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 2+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
