• We're looking for a Design Director to shape how our company is seen and experienced across every touchpoint.
• This is a hands-on creative and strategic role with real influence over brand direction.
• You'll translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems, campaigns, and narratives that shape company perception and drive business goals, with strong potential for leadership growth as the team scales.
• This position is fully remote with flexibility to travel globally as needed.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• What You'll Do Develop and continuously evolve the company's visual identity across brand, marketing, product, communications, and content channels.
• Translate brand strategy into visuals, campaigns, narratives, and customer experiences that resonate deeply.
• Create high-quality visual assets including launch materials, presentations, campaign creative, social content, web pages, and brand collateral.
• Build design concepts that make complex technology feel clear, accessible, and culturally relevant.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 8+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
