• With a platform trusted by leading companies in the industrial sector across Europe, we're scaling our enterprise sales motion, and we're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in Munich to lead that charge in Germany.
• You'll own the full sales cycle for large, complex industrial organizations, the German Mittelstand and beyond, engaging C-level stakeholders, building compelling business cases, and converting strategic opportunities into signed enterprise contracts.
• This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to help shape how enterprise sales is done at a scaling startup.
• What You'll Do Acquire new enterprise customers and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
• Build and execute targeted account and pipeline strategies for a defined set of enterprise accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, developing robust business cases that quantify ROI and strategic impact (typical ACVs ~€80k+).
• Lead executive demos, workshops, and negotiations; navigate procurement and legal processes to drive deals to close.
• Refine messaging, positioning, and deal structuring to continuously improve enterprise win rates.
• Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to Product and Leadership teams to sharpen the enterprise offering.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 3+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
