• About the Role A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI automation startup is looking for an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to own and scale AI-driven change across the DACH region from Munich.
• This is a senior, high-ownership role working directly with the founding team to help multibillion-euro enterprises become AI-native operators.
• You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite leaders, personally build and deploy high-impact AI agent solutions, and play a central role in growing the regional team as the company expands across Europe.
• This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of elite consulting, cutting-edge AI, and hands-on company building.
• What You'll Do Own regional outcomes across DACH, operating primarily from Munich.
• Act as AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises.
• Run each account as a structured consulting engagement, stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmapping, rollout, and measurable results.
• Identify the highest-value AI use cases for each customer and diagnose where AI creates the most leverage.
• Build the first agents yourself to prove value, then drive adoption org-wide.
• Host executive workshops, strategic briefings, and leadership-oriented QBRs.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 3+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
