What you'll do

• About the Role We're a Berlin-based B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency, over five years in operation, 30+ people strong, and growing fast.
• We help B2B tech and SaaS companies acquire more qualified leads, shorten sales cycles, and reduce customer acquisition costs through data-driven paid advertising and AI-powered outreach.
• As Founders Associate , you'll work directly alongside the founding team, owning strategic projects end to end, automating operations, and helping shape the company's next stage of growth.
• This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a hands-on generalist who wants to build, not just advise.
• What You'll Do Own strategic and operational projects from start to finish, building and scaling processes using modern automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) and AI platforms.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and developing scalable frameworks to support sustainable growth.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement AI-driven automation to increase operational efficiency.
• Build modern business intelligence structures using tools like Snowflake and Looker Studio to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders, contributing independent perspectives on key business decisions.
• Drive new business ideas and go-to-market strategies from zero to one.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
