What you'll do

• We're hiring a Founding Product Engineer to own and shape the clinician-facing product experience end-to-end.
• You'll work closely with founders, designers, and clinicians to transform complex clinical workflows into polished, reliable software that directly improves care delivery.
• This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at a small, fast-moving team, you'll have an outsized influence on both the product and the engineering culture from day one.
• What You'll Do Own major clinician-facing workflows from whiteboard through production, including implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration.
• Collaborate with designers, founders, and clinicians to define product behavior; you won't be waiting for finished specs.
• Drive frontend architecture and technical direction across provider and patient applications.
• Influence APIs, data models, and overall system design while primarily owning the frontend.
• Iterate quickly from rough concepts to polished production experiences alongside a product designer.
• Debug complex production issues spanning browsers, APIs, third-party integrations, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Founding Product Engineer role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
