What you'll do

• About the Role A fast-growing, seed-stage enterprise AI platform company based in Berlin is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their small, high-impact engineering team.
• Founded in 2023, the company builds an all-in-one platform that enables organisations to securely adopt and integrate generative AI, including AI chat, workflows, and custom agents, across their entire operations.
• This is a full-time, on-site role in Berlin with substantial ownership from day one.
• You'll shape product features, drive architecture decisions, and ship quickly in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
• Visa sponsorship is available.
• What You'll Do Design and implement robust backend systems and APIs powering a scalable AI platform.
• Build end-to-end solutions spanning backend (Node.js), database layers, and frontend integration.
• Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models for performance and scalability.
• Implement API endpoints and integrate with third-party services and AI/ML providers.
• Collaborate with the team on technical architecture decisions and system design.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 3+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
