• Think of us as the talent and hiring platform built for the next generation, sitting at the intersection of the gig economy, career development, and brand marketing.
• As our Growth Marketing Manager , you'll own full-funnel growth across two distinct audiences : student acquisition and brand partner expansion.
• You'll run paid and organic campaigns, design growth loops, and use AI tools to move fast and stay efficient.
• This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you'll partner directly with senior leadership to shape strategy and execute.
• This is a hybrid role based in Santa Monica, CA, with on-site presence required per company policy.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• What You'll Do Own execution and optimization of paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search/YouTube, Meta (Instagram), TikTok , and retargeting channels.
• Rapidly test new creative, audiences, and placements to reduce CAC and improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to scale ideation, creative production, copywriting, targeting experiments, and reporting.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 3-5 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
