• Our ~150-person team is building the next generation of AI-agent-driven procurement tools for the industrial sector, and we're looking for a Junior Product Designer to help define what that looks like.
• This is a rare opportunity to shape UX patterns that don't yet exist.
• You'll help invent how procurement professionals supervise and collaborate with AI agents, moving workflows away from traditional dashboards toward genuinely agentic systems.
• You'll join a small, cross-functional team shipping weekly to paying customers in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
• Location: On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• What You'll Do Design end-to-end product flows, screens, and prototypes that ship to customers within weeks, not quarters.
• Define how AI agents surface work to users, how humans review and act on it, and how trust is established between people and automated systems.
• Prototype rapidly in Figma, code, and with AI tools to communicate ideas quickly and clearly.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 0-2 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
