• As a Member of Commercial Staff , you'll be a versatile operator at the heart of our commercial team, working directly alongside founders to build the systems and processes that power our growth in a regulated, high-stakes industry.
• This is a generalist role with real scope: you'll own problems end-to-end across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management.

• What You'll Do Tackle varied commercial challenges across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management as the business scales.
• Own problems from initial scoping through to execution, delivering high-quality outcomes you're proud of.
• Adapt your focus and priorities as the business evolves, always working on what matters most.
• Help design and improve operating practices and internal processes alongside your core responsibilities.
• Contribute to a culture defined by effective communication, strong ownership, and craftsmanship, working in-person at our Berlin Mitte office.
• What We're Looking For 2+ years of proven performance in a high-performance environment, high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, professional sports, or high-end hospitality.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 2+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
