What you'll do

• Our platform creates AI coworkers that observe, learn, and take over complex but repeatable workflows, freeing teams in professional services, insurance, financial services, and customer support from hours of manual busywork.
• As a Member of Technical Staff, Product , you will turn observed workflow data into production-grade AI agents that work autonomously on behalf of customers.
• You'll own the full lifecycle, from talking directly with customers to understand their operations, through building and deploying agents, to monitoring and iterating in production.
• This is a high-ownership, hands-on role at the core of what we ship.
• What You'll Do Convert workflow observations into AI agents that perform work autonomously and reliably.
• Partner closely with customers to understand their operations and surface high-value automation opportunities.
• Ship automations that replace hours of repetitive manual effort and measurably improve team efficiency.
• Own production AI agents end-to-end: design, build, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve them.
• Run rapid experiments with new models, prompting techniques, and use cases; benchmark results and ship what works.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 5+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
