• About the Role Join a fast-growing Construction Technology (ConTech) SaaS company that uses artificial intelligence to transform how sales teams in the construction industry discover, qualify, and win new projects.
• As a Sales Development Representative for the DACH region , you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a pivotal role in driving growth and building long-term partnerships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• What You'll Do Proactively identify and engage prospects that match the ideal customer profile within the DACH construction market.
• Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels) to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team.
• Communicate the value of an AI-powered Revenue Engineering platform to construction industry decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations and pass them to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and prospect data in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to iterate on messaging and targeting strategies for the DACH market.
• Represent the company at industry events and help foster a strong market presence in the region.
• What We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus).

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Experience level: 0-2 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
