- With strong investor backing and a growing customer base in the industrial sector, we are expanding our Go-to-Market team in Munich and looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to help drive pipeline growth across European markets.
- This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment and is excited to leverage AI tools to supercharge their prospecting workflows.
- On-site presence in Munich and fluency in German are required for this role.
- What You'll Do Own the full prospecting pipeline end-to-end, identifying, engaging, and converting new leads via phone, email, and social media.
- Run discovery conversations and build well-qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.
- Execute and continuously iterate on both outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.
- Conduct independent market research to identify B2B prospects and tailor outreach for the industrial sector.
- Develop and refine persuasive sales materials, call scripts, and communication templates.
- Organize and deliver internal training sessions and workshops to share prospecting best practices with teammates.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Engineering.
- Experience level: 5+ yrs.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
