What you'll do

• About the Role We're a fast-growing, Munich-based AI-powered B2B SaaS company (founded 2022, ~25 people) building privacy-first productivity tools for sales teams.
• Our product spans a web app, desktop client, iOS app, and backend services, all centered around real-time, low-latency data processing and seamless CRM integrations.
• As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer , you'll take technical ownership of a major platform surface, work directly with the CTO and founding engineers to shape product and infrastructure strategy, and help define how we build and ship software at scale.
• This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the heart of our engineering team.
• The role is hybrid and based in Munich, Germany.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• What You'll Do Own a platform, web, desktop, iOS, or backend, and deliver real-time, low-latency features end-to-end.
• Architect scalable services and define cross-stack best practices that balance performance, reliability, and product velocity.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and founding engineers to shape product direction and infrastructure strategy.
• Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and foster a high-performing, learning-oriented engineering culture.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
