• As a Technical Account Manager , you'll be the primary technical partner for a portfolio of fast-growing startup clients, helping them unlock measurable growth outcomes from the platform.
• What You'll Do Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, driving platform adoption and delivering measurable growth results.
• Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate with product and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Onboard new customers and coach them on best practices to optimize their marketing ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to resolve issues and ensure clients realize value quickly.
• Monitor client success metrics and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to continuously improve growth outcomes.
• What We're Looking For Required: Experience at a fast-growth startup with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable wins.
• Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation tools, data workflows, and integrations.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Engineering.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Technical Account Manager role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
