What you'll do

• Founded in 2009, CLO Virtual Fashion is creating a new ecosystem for digital fashion based on its unrivaled technology in 3D clothing simulation algorithms.
• CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.
• Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow.
• Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.
• CLO Virtual Fashion, which is leading the global digital fashion market, currently has a total of 18 offices in 14 countries around the world, including Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is gradually expanding based on numerous customers from around the world.
• Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People & Culture team and become a foundational partner in securing the best talent for CLO Virtual Fashion-a fast-moving innovator in fashion technology.
• This role is a pivotal strategic partnership that directly influences our business trajectory and organizational culture.
• You will be central to designing and executing talent strategies aligned with our ambitious growth objectives, identifying individuals who authentically embody CLO’s values and enhance our unique culture.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving the HR strategy across the entire European region and actively participating in broader Global initiatives.
• To thrive in this challenging mission, we seek a proactive professional who maintains a deep awareness of global recruitment standards, industry trends, and best practices in Human Resources.

Requirements

• Practical experience with People & Culture.
• Experience level: 3+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
