• Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring their success with CloudUnicorn's products and services.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience and maximize value.
• Onboard new customers, guiding them through the initial setup and implementation phases to ensure a smooth transition.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Support, and Product Development, to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Rust, RAG, Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Customer Success Executive role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.

Skills
