• Responsibilities Managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries Maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer service processes Ensuring a high standard of communication in all interactions Requirements Graduation is mandatory Freshers are welcome to apply (0-1 year experience) Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities Basic computer proficiency Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required

• Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Tele Caller Executive role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
