The Customer Enablement Specialist turns that reach into results.

What you'll do

• The Customer Enablement Specialist turns that reach into results.
• You connect engaged learners to structured training plans that drive product adoption, customer success, and measurable business impact.
• This isn’t a sales or business development role, every conversation begins with an existing Databricks user or program participant.
• Your focus is on helping those customers move from initial interest to tangible capability: skilled teams, completed training milestones, and activated use cases.
• You’ll manage a broad portfolio of accounts, supporting new and emerging personas, business users, analysts, and app developers, and helping them succeed with Databricks’ latest innovations in AI/BI, Databricks Apps, and agent-based development.
• What You'll Do Convert participation in Databricks’ scale programs (webinars, workshops, digital learning) into structured training engagements.
• Own a high-volume enablement pipeline, identifying learner needs, recommending tailored paths, and tracking adoption progress.
