- We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to join our growing business in the Benelux Region.
- Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, you will be measured by achieving your team's overall quota and growing Databricks consumption.
- This is a team of account executives who are passionate about building a data ecosystem, technically knowledgeable and have a strong desire to drive value for our customers.
- You will oversee the Enterprise sales team, implementing sales plans, expanding existing business and delivering accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Go, Rust, RAG.
- Relevant academic or project background for a Director, Enterprise Sales role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
