What you'll do

• FEQ327R584 Director, Global Delivery Excellence Databricks Learning & Enablement upskills data and AI teams worldwide so customers, partners, and employees can best leverage Databricks to drive business outcomes.
• We are hiring a Global Delivery leader to lead our global team and to evolve how we deliver training for an AI-first world.
• You will own staffing strategy and instructor readiness across our FTE and authorized training partner (ATP) workforce, run an AI-first delivery operation, and advance the shift from traditional, catalog-based instructor-led training toward customized, customer-specific delivery.
• This role is the right fit if you lead from data, develop best-in-industry instructors, and want to reshape a delivery model rather than just run it.
• Scope of Impact Owns the global training delivery function across customer, partner, and internal audiences.
• Owns instructor staffing and readiness strategy: balances FTE and ATP supply and forecasts skilling, language, and location needs through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
