What you'll do

• Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students on Data Science & AI programs, guiding them through course options and career paths.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for enrollments in Data Science & AI courses.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring a positive experience.
• Provide detailed information about course content, fees, and admission procedures.
• Participate in educational fairs and promotional events to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Requirements: Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the ed-tech or data science/AI industry.
• Strong understanding of Data Science and AI concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, LLM.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Academic Counsellor role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
