What you'll do
- Roles: Provide dedicated business and operational support to international clients .
- Exclusively support PeakView Capital, a US-based real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and managing value-add real estate investments .
- Support the acquisitions team by sourcing investment opportunities, performing financial underwriting, assisting with due diligence, and maintaining the acquisitions pipeline from sourcing through closing .
- Responsibility: Research and identify potential acquisition opportunities and build targeted databases of property owners, brokers, lenders, and sellers .
- Monitor investment platforms such as LoopNet, Crexi, broker listings, and other market sources, while supporting outbound outreach .
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial underwriting models, analyzing rent rolls, operating statements (T-12), and comparable sales .
- Perform investment scenario analysis and calculate acquisition metrics including IRR, Equity Multiple, Cash-on-Cash Return, Cap Rate, and DSCR .
- Prepare concise investment summaries, acquisition recommendation reports, and assist with Letter of Intent (LOI) preparation .
- Prepare due diligence checklists, organize transaction files using cloud storage, and coordinate information requests with internal and external stakeholders .
- Maintain and update the acquisitions pipeline daily and prepare weekly reports on active underwriting, LOIs submitted, and pipeline bottlenecks .
Requirements
- Practical experience with RAG.
- Relevant academic or project background for a Investment Analyst role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in online.
