What you'll do

- Your mission will be to give practitioners their day back: reclaiming the admin time they spend creating and managing appointments, so care teams can focus on what matters.
- You will work in a feature team developing scheduling infrastructure and booking experiences, contributing directly to a platform that books billions of appointments a year for health professionals and patients across Europe.
- Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients.
- What you'll do Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead a team of 6 to 7 engineers of mixed seniority, owning delivery, quality and production health end to end, keeping engagement high and standards higher Together with your product partner, define the mission and vision for your team and build a roadmap you can defend to stakeholders Take part in architecture reviews and help shape the technical direction of the Scheduling stream, including the migration of core scheduling capabilities from the monolith into purpose-built services Set and uphold the security, reliability, performance and scalability standards required to remain the most trusted e-health SaaS in Europe Partner with Talent and People teams to recruit, develop and retain engineers through career conversations and feedback they can act on Embed AI-assisted engineering into how your team works day to day, with a clear and honest view of where it helps and where it does not Continuously improve how the team operates, planning, on-call, bug backlog, incident follow-up, so the team spends its energy on what moves the needle Who you are Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.

Requirements
- Practical experience with Engineering.
- Experience level: 6+ yrs.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in Berlin, Berlin.
