• Roles and Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication scripts and company policies.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Gather customer feedback and report on trends.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a BPO Executive role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
