• Responsibilities of Candidate: Coordinate with operators at various project sites for daily updates and issue resolution Communicate with clients regarding service updates, concerns, or technical queries Track and ensure timely completion of tasks related to service and maintenance Document reports, follow-ups, and feedback received from clients and site teams Maintain internal project records and service logs Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments when required Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.) Good listener and solution-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Basic technical understanding (preferred but not mandatory) Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Science/Engineering background preferred, but not compulsory)

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Service Coordinator role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
