What you'll do

• Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
• Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
• Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location
• past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
• Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
• ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an Account Executive to scale our business in Japan, a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about voice AI and how it's transforming the way businesses build and engage with their customers.
• We don't just sell a product; we partner with companies to help them create new experiences and unlock value at scale with our breakthrough voice technology.
• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, iOS.
• Experience level: 5-7 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Japan.
