What you'll do

• Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.

• past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.

• About the role We are looking for a passionate and results-driven General Manager
• UAE who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the UAE.
• As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the UAE strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure our Middle East business aligns with and contributes to our overall business strategy and goals.

Requirements

• To succeed in this environment, the following qualities are essential:
• You are passionate about voice and audio AI, with a drive to make content more accessible and push the boundaries of emerging technology.
• 10+ years of experience in tech, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or GM role.
• Extensive knowledge working in the UAE
• Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L.
• Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
