- Roles and Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English and Hindi, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously improve communication and customer handling skills through training and feedback.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Scala.
- Relevant academic or project background for a Voice Process Executive, English & Hindi role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in online.
