• You’ll work across multiple product surfaces, including conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth experiences, interactive features, and emerging product areas still being defined.
• You’ll work closely with our Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to solve complex product problems, explore new opportunities, and help define the next generation of consumer AI experiences.
• We’re looking for someone with strong product judgment, technical fluency, excellent communication, and the ability to contribute original ideas that raise the bar.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Growth.
• Experience level: 2+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Germany.
