What you'll do

• As a strategic partner with an eye for identifying gaps, you will drive processes, rhythms, and operate as a trusted partner across various stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Our Design team is growing quickly, which provides an opportunity to have a tremendous impact on the success of our product and Figma as a whole.
• This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs (SF or NYC) or remotely in the United States.
• Note: the role requires working PT hours.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Rust, AWS, RAG.
• Experience level: 5+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
