What you'll do

• You'll bring a strong point of view on the executive talent market, leading talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to help leaders make thoughtful hiring decisions.
• Along the way, you'll build trusted relationships with exceptional senior leaders and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
• Given the visibility and confidential nature of these searches, you'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and discretion.
• This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
• What you’ll do at Figma: Own full-cycle executive searches end-to-end, from intake and role scoping through pipeline generation, assessment, offer negotiation, and close

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Rust, AWS, RAG.
• Experience level: 8+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
