• About the Company: Future Links is seeking dynamic and passionate professionals to join our Talent Acquisition Team.
• Our primary focus is on IT recruitment (90%), but we are also open to professionals with experience in Non-IT recruitment (10%).
• If you have prior experience in IT hiring, it will be an added advantage.
• Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT & Non-IT roles.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, referrals, and social media.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Keep track of market trends and hiring practices to optimize recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Practical experience with RAG.
• Experience level: 5+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
