• Responsibilities: Interact with customers to understand their business process Prepare a solution plan to meet the needs of the customer Configure and customize the Zoho suite of applications to map customers' business processes Manage the expectation of the customer to ensure project success Onsite requirement gathering and understand how that can be mapped into the system Conduct demos and personalized user training Create walk-through videos Requirements: 2-4 years of experience as a CRM consultant Successful track record of understanding CRM solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of systems and processes for different industries Knowing the Zoho suite of applications will be an added advantage

Requirements

• Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
• Experience level: 2-4 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
