- Deine Aufgaben Senior Finance Coordinator & PMO Manager (Finance Office Manager) About the role We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Senior Finance Coordinator & PMO Manager to support and coordinate a broad Finance function of more than 50 colleagues across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, Credit Control and related areas.
- This is not a pure administrative role.
- You will act as the operational backbone of the Finance organisation: ensuring that priorities are clear, deadlines are tracked, meetings result in action, cross-functional projects move forward and the CFO office runs effectively.
- You will work closely with the CFO and senior Finance leaders, combining project management, stakeholder coordination, governance support and hands-on operational follow-up.
- Key responsibilities Finance leadership coordination Support the CFO and Finance leadership team in organising priorities, meetings, decision-making and follow-up.
- Prepare leadership meetings, agendas, briefing materials and action trackers.
- Ensure decisions, open points, deadlines and ownership are clearly documented and followed through.
- Coordinate communication across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, Credit Control and other Finance teams.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders on Finance-related coordination topics.
- Project and transformation management CoordinateFinanceprojects,includingprocessimprovements,systemsimplementations,reportingenhancements, organisationalchangesandtransformationinitiatives.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Go, Rust, Scala.
- Relevant academic or project background for a Senior Finance Coordinator & PMO Manager role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
