• HireMore is hiring for SIS Group Enterprises, specifically for their business unit SIS Alarm Monitoring and Response Services Pvt Ltd (V Protect).
• V Protect is at the forefront of transforming the security industry through tech-enabled alarm monitoring and rapid response services.
• With a strong on-the-ground presence and advanced technology, V Protect ensures 24x7 safety for homes and small businesses.
• We are looking for a target-driven professional to drive direct B2C field sales and expand our market presence.
• Responsibilities of the Executive: Promote and sell tech-enabled alarm monitoring services to residential and small business customers Generate leads through field visits, references, local events, and digital channels Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Build, manage, and consistently grow a strong sales pipeline Develop local partnerships and enhance brand visibility within the assigned territory Provide valuable market insights, competitor feedback, and customer trends to the team Requirements: Graduate degree (MBA/B.Tech preferred) 2 to 8 years of experience in B2C or direct field sales Background in telecom, fintech, consumer durables, or security systems is highly preferred Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven with a proactive, go-getter attitude Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and direct, face-to-face customer interaction

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 2-8 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
