• Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from US customers and understand their queries and requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely assistance, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Follow defined process guidelines and quality parameters.
• Accurately record customer interactions and update information in relevant systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
• Requirements: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong listening and comprehension abilities.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, RAG, Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a US Inbound Voice Process Executive role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
